Cardiac rehab group works out together, even after graduation

Cardiac rehabilitation is an outpatient program designed to help people recover from a variety of heart-related events. The program is several weeks long followed by a graduation. One patient group at Methodist Hospital, all cardiac rehab graduates, enjoyed the program and friendships so much they still come three times a week just to stay in shape. "It's a camaraderie that we have," said Becky Hague, a recent graduate. "If I don't come I feel like I'm lost. It's an important part of my week."
