When Kellie Watson's doctor diagnosed her with diabetes, she knew improving her diet would help. She also knows the realities of a tight grocery budget. Her doctor referred her to the nutrition hub at IU Health where, through a community partnership, she and others can access the foods to help her manage her diagnosis. “I'm getting milk, eggs, bread, meat... it's a blessing for me,” said Kellie. "This is an opportunity for me to eat healthy for free and IU Health is helping. This is a really big deal."
