Methodist Hospital designated Center of Excellence for blood clot care

IU Health Methodist Hospital is proud to become Indiana's first designated Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Center of Excellence by The National Blood Clot Alliance (NBCA). This designation shows just how committed IU Health's multidisciplinary team is to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of blood clots.

"At the NBCA we have a pretty rigorous system set up to designate centers of excellence," said Erin VanDyke, NBCA's Vice President of VTE Centers of Excellence. "It is my honor and privilege to partner with IU Health Methodist Hospital and the teams here that are doing exceptional work in the care of VTE patients."
