New OR approach will cut wait times for patients with AFib

The cardiac team at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital sees a lot of patients with AFib. Many of those patients opt for a minimally invasive cardiac procedure known as Watchman. In an effort to shrink the Watchman wait list, Cardiac electrophysiologist, Dr. Emily Rose, has worked with hospital leaders to develop an innovative approach to make the procedures more efficient.
