Nurse spotlight: Coraima Calderon

Coraima Calderon is a nurse on Methodist Hospital's neuro trauma progressive care unit. Coraima knew from a young age she wanted to care for people in some capacity. She started at IU Health as a patient care assistant (PCA) and pursued a nursing degree from there. "Being a PCA, you get a glimpse of what nurses do and seeing how they interact with their patients and what they're able to do really helped solidify that choice for me."
