Nurse spotlight: Madison Click

Madison Click has spent the past several years as a resource nurse at IU Health, a role that allowed her to float across units and care for a wide range of patients. “With resource I was able to see everything and all the different patient populations, and I felt like my learning got a lot better,” she said. Madison has now chosen to make University Hospital’s surgical progressive care unit her full‑time home. “This team just makes you want to work here. They are very supportive and helpful no matter how busy it gets. That really makes you feel valued.”
