Jacie Oxley delivered twins at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital when she was just 23-weeks pregnant. She and her husband, Bryce, were devastated hours later when they learned one of the twins, their son, Otto, wasn't going to make it. "He fought hard, but we decided it was time to let him go and that he had suffered enough," said Bryce, who was also concerned for their daughter, Maeve. "It was almost too much at one time because not only were we dealing with everything with him, but Maeve's in the next room, intubated with a little bag that keeps her warm. She absolutely had no guarantees at the time."
