Patient, 50, in remission after late-stage prostate cancer diagnosis

Mike Waber's treatment for stage-4 prostate cancer began at IU Health Arnett shortly after doctors diagnosed him. While Mike, a landscaper by trade, felt good about the plan he also sought out a second opinion in an effort to leave no stone unturned. "The doctor we met with specializes in advanced prostate cancer," said Mike. "He said the doctors in Lafayette were doing everything he would do. I walked out of that meeting feeling good for myself and I also a big sense of pride for the doctors here in Lafayette."
