Sterile processing demands attention to detail & commitment to patient care

Joe Chase is a sterile processing tech at IU Health University Hospital. It's his team's job to sterilize all surgical instruments and other equipment between surgical cases. "It's very critical that we give our best for the patients so when you step in here, you do have to be on your Ps and Qs. Everybody is in their work area making sure we're doing the best we can."
