Surprise compliment: Steve Dickinson

At IU Health, we love delivering anonymous, surprise compliments to our team members. Patients send them, caregivers send them and in Steve Dickinson’s case, a fellow team member sends them. When a message comes in we track down the recipient and read it to them on camera, capturing their genuine reaction. It’s one of our favorite ways to celebrate the people who make IU Health special.
