Team spotlight: Melissa Mcknight

Melissa Mcknight is a unit secretary at University Hospital. She's known affectionately among her team as the mother of the unit. "They always tell me they're glad that I'm here because they feel like they would sink without me. It makes me feel loved and appreciated. I have a motto that says it's not about where you work, but who you work with and here we all try to work hard for each other. This is my work family and I'd do anything for them."
