Team spotlight: Ridwan Okunola
IU Health University Hospital
Ridwan Okunola is a cross-trained patient care assistant and unit secretary on IU Health University Hospital's medical progressive care unit. "Any patient I get I look at them like a family member of mine. So it's like, if this was my dad how would I do it or if this was my mom how would I do it. So with that in the back of my mind every patient knows me and knows I'm there for them."
