New tools lead to earlier, safer lung cancer detection

After a body scan revealed a nodule on Jim's lung, his medical team acted quickly to get a biopsy using the new technology, confirm it was early-stage cancer, and develop a treatment plan. "I'm grateful they found it early because the sooner you find out you got something going on with your lungs, the better off you are."
