Wendy Rosenberger is a registered nurse and one of IU Health’s post lung transplant coordinators. She is a patient’s first point of contact when they have questions or concerns after their transplant surgery. “We’re with these patients for life. After their transplant they are on immunosuppression medicines for life and they do have side effects so we need to be able to manage those as well make sure [the patients] aren’t having any rejection or infection.”
