To protect you and our team, we are taking thoughtful, careful steps to ensure everyone’s safety. In addition to in-person office visits, we will continue to conduct visits through IU Health Virtual Visits or by telephone based on your care needs.

Here is what you can expect to ensure your safety when you come for an in-office appointment:

  • All patients will be screened upon entry.
  • All office staff and providers will be wearing a mask.
  • All patients will be required to wear a mask, which we will provide.
  • We will continue to follow our strict policies and procedures for cleaning surfaces in between each patient visit.
  • Waiting areas have been re-configured to support social distancing.
  • We are also establishing processes to minimize any time spent in waiting rooms.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Prior to your appointment, please bring the following:

  • Insurance and identification card(s)
  • Bring a copy of relevant medical records
  • A list of current medications, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any outstanding paperwork.

Free parking is availiable on-site for patients and visitors. We are located off South Hoke Avenue.

  • Lab and radiology services in the building
  • Extended Hours
  • Walk-in Clinic located in the building

Walk-in Services

Our location offers convenient walk-in services to patients needing immediate care for common conditions. They are usually staffed by nurse practitioners and physicians’ assistants who can write prescriptions to treat the symptoms. Walk-in hours are available to patients every day during regular business hours.

Same-day walk-in services include treatment for the following:

  • Cuts, lacerations and broken bones
  • Ear and eye injuries
  • Ear and sinus infections
  • Influenza testing
  • Insect and animal bites
  • Muscle sprains and strains
  • Rapid strep testing
  • Rashes and burns
  • Upper respiratory infections
  • Urinary tract infection

For patients not able to access their primary care provider, after-hours care is also available through urgent care and walk-in services.
