Dr. Weber grew up in a small town in western Maryland. She attended Rice University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000 with a degree in Biochemistry. Dr. Weber then completed an internship year in general surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, followed by residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at USC.
