Dr. Erin V. Newton, MD is a medical oncologist, specializing in breast and GI cancers. Dr. Newton is incredibly committed to her patients and their overall well-being and strives to understand what is most important to them during their cancer journey. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1997 and stayed in Cleveland to complete her internship, residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the University Hospitals of Cleveland.

Dr. Newton is also board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine and lends her excellent communication and symptom management skills to the palliative medicine team at University Hospital for 5 weeks per year.
