Biography
Dr. MinXin Fu, MD, PhD, FAAP is a dedicated board-certified pediatrician with Riley Pediatric Primary Care.
He received his medical degree from Fujian Medical College before moving on to completing his residency in pediatrics at Maimonides Medical Center. He completed an Endocrinology/Diabetes fellowship at First Hospital Peking University School of Medical. He also earned a Ph.D and post-doctoral fellowship in biochemistry from the University of South Carolina.
Since beginning his medical practice in 1984, Dr. Fu has demonstrated a deep commitment to providing the best care possible for children. He maintains a team-based approach, working closely with both children and parents. He is passionate about remaining up-to-date on the latest pediatric developments and approaches to children's health. His unique approach to medicine involves getting to know his patients and their families personally, always ready to lend a helping hand. His personal life is filled with joy, as he is happily married to his wife, Bin Yang, and they are proud parents of a son who is continuing his education at Purdue University. In his free time, Dr. Fu stays active at the YMCA, enjoys watching NBA games, traveling, fishing and walking on trails.
