Biography
Dr. Rabia Qaiser is an experienced pediatric neurosurgeon with expertise in caring for patients with neurosurgical conditions. She specializes in pediatric cerebrovascular diseases such as Moyamoya disease, stroke, and or other vascular diseases that affect children.
Dr. Qaiser knew at a young age that she wanted to work on the brain and all its intricate connections. She earned her medical degree from Karachi Medical and Dental Collage in Pakistan and completed her neurosurgery residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr Qaiser completed a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery in IU Health's Department of Neurological Surgery at Riley Childrens Hospital and an additional fellowship in cerebrovascular neurosurgery at Stanford University Medical Center. She currently serves as the Pediatric Neurosurgery fellowship director and co-associate program director of the residency program.
