Biography
Sara Phelps, MS, OTR is an occupational therapist and supervisor of IUH White Memorial Hospital. She has over 24 years of experience that primarily includes outpatient, acute care, and pediatrics both as outpatient and in the school system. She is highly skilled in treating patients of all ages with orthopedic and neurological deficits, as well as wheelchair evaluations. She uses a variety of treatment approaches to improve and maximize independence and function for patient’s desired activities and to meet the patient’s stated goals. Outside of work, Sara enjoys time with her family including traveling, playing guitar, quilting/knitting and working in her garden.
