Patient postcards will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, excluding holidays. Postcards are a courtesy service provided by IU Health for our patients and their families. If content of the message is deemed inappropriate by IU Health staff, delivery may be withheld. Personal or confidential information should not be transferred using the eCard service.
