Biography
Dr. Arthur has more than 30 years of experience in family medicine and emergency medicine. Prior to joining East Washington Adult Medicine in 1986 and then transitioning to IU Health Physicians, Dr. Arthur worked at Glendale Adult Medicine. He has special interests in emergency medicine, pediatrics and general medicine.
