Graduate Opportunities
Administrative Fellowship
The Administrative Fellowship at IU Health is an integrated program that offers learning experiences in various areas over a 24-month span.
Fellows will engage in stimulating projects and customizable rotations that link to facility-level or system-wide goals. The program is led by a diverse steering committee and each fellow is assigned a mentor from the executive leadership team who provides extensive development opportunities.
This highly competitive program is open to applicants with an MHA, MHSA, MPH, or MBA graduate degree from a CAHME, CEPH, AACSB, or ACBSP accredited program.

Management Rotation Program
The Management Rotation Program at IU Health attracts talented MBA students and graduates from top-tier business schools who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare administration.
Management professionals will gain insight into the business side of a healthcare organization while preparing for a leadership role. Management professionals are exposed to real initiatives impacting IU Health and will have unique opportunities to develop their leadership acumen by participating in the mentorship program, attending monthly leadership rounding events, or serving on the steering committee.
