Graduate Opportunities
Administrative Fellowship
The IU Health Administrative Fellowship is a two-year post-graduate program that provides aspiring healthcare leaders with meaningful experiential learning opportunities. Fellows work alongside senior executives and physician leaders to gain firsthand exposure to health system strategy, operations, and leadership.
Through a combination of high-impact projects, customized rotations, executive mentorship, and leadership development experiences, fellows contribute to facility-level and system-wide initiatives while exploring their professional interests and preparing for future leadership roles.
This highly competitive fellowship is open to candidates who have completed their MHA, MHSA, MPH, or MBA from an accredited program by the start of the fellowship or have completed all coursework and will be awarded their degree upon completion of an administrative fellowship.
