Bradford Dykes is responsible for the general management and leadership of Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for both IU Health Bedford Hospital and IU Health Bedford Hospital Foundation. He previously served as CEO of hospital and ambulatory diagnostic and treatment facilities in Indiana, Alabama and Florida, with more than 25 years of experience in the hospital/healthcare field. Dykes is active with several healthcare organizations and has served as a board member of the Indiana Hospital and Health Association, Indiana Rural Health Association and the Hospital Licensure Council of the Indiana State Department of Health. Mr. Dykes has a B.A. from Wabash College, MHA from Indiana University School of Medicine, and M.B.A. from Murray State University. He is certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives
Brenda Davis has been the vice president of patient services since 2000. Certified as a Critical Care RN (CCRN) for 22 years, Davis began her career at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital in 1974. She has worked in the emergency department, med-surg unit and intensive care unit. Davis graduated from the Ivy Tech Practical Nursing Program in 1974. She earned her ASN at Marian College in 1984, her BSN from University of Southern Indiana in 2004 and her MSM from Oakland City University in 2008.
Tara Williams oversees support service departments at IU Health Bedford, including environmental services, central supply, food and nutrition, diabetes clinic, volunteer services and gift shop, service excellence and community outreach, respiratory therapy, electrocardiography, electroencephalography, pharmacy, communications and dispatch, integrated care management and sleep services. Williams has 17 years of experience as a nurse, with six of those years involved in information technology operations. She has been certified in Inpatient obstetrics (RNC-OB) for 14 years and she holds a certification in practice workflow and information management redesign (CHTS-PW) and information technology infrastructure library foundation certification. In addition to her AS in nursing from Vincennes University, Williams also holds a BS and MS in nursing (clinical systems management).
