Larry Bailey has been a team member of Indiana University Health since 1992. He currently serves as president of Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital, where he is responsible for the oversight of many of the hospital’s daily operations, including pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, allied health, community health, radiation oncology, rehabilitation services and the hospital’s two clinics. Previously, Bailey served as chief financial officer from 1995 to 2000 and internal auditor/financial analyst from 1992 to 1995. Prior to joining Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital, Bailey worked as a manager at Kimmerling, Myers & Co., Inc., a CPA firm specializing in health care accounting and consulting.
Bailey holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Indiana University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Bailey also serves on many community organizations, including the Board of the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross, and is currently president of the Board of the Brown County Medical Cooperative.
Pam Bond is the director of pharmacy, laboratory and IT at Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital. She is also the operations director of ancillary services and represents IU Health Paoli Hospital in information technology initiatives. Bond is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and Tri Kappa. She received her bachelor of science in pharmacy from Purdue University.
Bev Hopper is the administrative assistant at Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital. Before working at IU Health Paoli Hospital, Hopper was an LPN at Home Health Care from 1994-2001. She attended nursing school at Ivy Tech from 1992-1993.
Sonya Zeller is vice president, chief operating officer and chief nursing officer of Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital. She provides leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of hospital activities to ensure compliance with established objectives and the realization of quality, patient safety, patient satisfaction, risk management, survey preparation and economical healthcare services. Zeller holds a master’s of business degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master’s of nursing science from the University of Southern Indiana. She is also a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow Alumnus.
