Michele Ridge is chief operating officer and chief nursing officer of Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital. She began her career with IU Health in 1989 at Methodist Hospital and has worked at IU Health Bloomington Hospital since 1996, where she has held roles as charge nurse, clinical director and director of nursing operations. Ridge holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Organizational and Systems Leadership degree from University of Southern Indiana, a Master of Science, Nursing Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing from Purdue University.
