Liesel Delamater, DNP, RN, ACNS-BC, NE-BC
Chief Operating Officer & Hospital Administrator
Liesel has been part of the IU Health team since 2007, when she joined IU Health Methodist Hospital as a critical care registered nurse. Since then, she has held progressively advancing nursing and administrative roles within the IU Health system. Today, she serves as chief operating officer & hospital administrator for IU Health Frankfort, Jay, Tipton and White Memorial hospitals.
Delamater is board-certified as an adult clinical nurse specialist and as a nurse executive. She is also an active member of the Indiana Rural Health Association.
Kristin Post
Chief Operating Officer
Kristin Post joined IU Health in 2006 as a medical technologist at the Pathology Laboratory in Indianapolis. Through the years, she has served in a number of leadership roles at IU Health. Today, Post is the chief operating officer for IU Health Frankfort, Jay, Tipton and White Memorial hospitals. She also serves as executive sponsor for Allied Health in the North Region.
Post is a graduate of Purdue University. She received an undergraduate degree in clinical laboratory sciences and a Master of Public Health from the IU School of Medicine. She holds an active board certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
Post serves on the White County Economic Development board, the Community Foundation of White County governing council and is vice president of the White County United Way board of trustees. She and her husband, Kyle, live in Lafayette, are avid Purdue sports fans and enjoy traveling.
Ryan Johnston, MD, FACP
Interim Chief Medical Officer – Jay Hospital
Ryan Johnston, MD, FACP, is the chief medical officer at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, where he has served on the medical staff since 2005. Throughout his tenure, he has held multiple key leadership roles, including program director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program, medical director of the Hospitalist Program, and associate chief medical officer. He was appointed chief medical officer at IU Health Ball Memorial in 2022 and is also currently serving as the interim chief medical officer for IU Health Jay Hospital.
Johnston earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago.
He and his wife, Dr. Lori Johnston, are the proud parents of three sons: Peyton, Marshall and Donovan.
Christina Schemenaur, MSN, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Christina Schemenaur serves as the chief nursing officer for IU Health Frankfort, Jay, Tipton and White Memorial hospitals. She has been with IU Health for 24 years and has served in a leadership capacity for 16 years. She most recently served as director of clinical operations at IU Health Jay and before that held several nursing leadership positions at IU Health Ball Memorial. Christina earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Ball State University and a Master of Science in healthcare administration from Western Governors University.
